CMT 10010 10 BIANCHI UCCISI DA UN PICCOLO INDIANO TRAMA: Per impadronirsi delle terre e dei boschi dove abbondano alberi utili per il legno la cui  proprietà appartiene agli indiani, scoppia una feroce guerra provocata dai bianchi. Un gruppo di  dieci uomini "bianchi", penetrati nottetempo nel campo indiano, li sorprende nel sonno e dopo  alterne vicende, tutti gli indiani vengono trucidati, tranne uno, un bambino di nome Condor. Il  tempo passa, ma il ricordo di quella tragica notte, si mantiene vivo nella memoria di quel  ragazzo indiano, che aspetta pazientemente il momento propizio per consumare la sua  vendetta. Il tempo passa anche per i dieci uomini "bianchi" e di quella notte di massacro,  nessuno di loro se ne ricorda più, la vita scorre serena e senza problemi avendo già da tempo,  dimenticato il passato. Ma il passato si riaffaccerà nel loro presente e chiuderà un conto rimasto  in sospeso. I dieci uomini "bianchi, dovranno pagare il debito del passato con la morte, che  spazzerà via la loro serenità e le loro vite.  MUSICA: La musica del film composta dal M° Piero Umiliani è  molto appropriata,  l'orchestrazione è veramente buona e l'esecuzione è ottima. Le varie atmosfere musicali, che  accompagnano buona parte delle scene del film, le rendono vive e creano nello spettatore, quel  pathos che lo avvince e gli fa trattenere il respiro per tutta la durata della storia cinematografica.  . FILM: Gianfranco Baldanello che ha diretto questo interessante film, ha caratterizzato un pò  troppo ogni personaggio e a causa di questo motivo, la trama  a volte si disperde e altre volte  risulta confusa.  Fabio Testi è molto bravo, ma la sua recitazione, nel ruolo marginale che gli è stato assegnato è  poco incisiva. In conclusione, la regia di Baldanello lascia molto a desiderare e noi crediamo  che volendo, si poteva fare qualcosa di meglio.  Il film "Le dieci vittime bianche del piccolo indiano" è il titolo originale di questo western che dà  l'impressione allo spettatore, di essere diretto da un dilettante che cerca un risparmio  economico perchè gli è stato imposto. Ci sembra strano, che bravi attori come John Ireland,  Fabio Testi e Rosalba Neri, non abbiano cercato di convincere chi di dovere, a cambiare i  dialoghi del film che risultano troppo rigidi e poco profondi. Anche alcune scene del film, ci  sembrano un pò ridicole per via di indiani poco verosimili. Sommando tutto questo, la storia del  film ci sembra accartocciata su se stessa e non troppo  ambiziosa. CURIOSITA': Anche se la critica dell'epoca non si dimostrò molto benevola nei confronti di  questa pellicola, il film ha suggerito una storia dal titolo: "LE CINQUE PIUME", che fu stampata  su un fumetto della collana Bonelli, quello di "ZAGOR" disegnato da G. Ferri. Gli albi che  contevano questa storia, erano i nn. 280, 281, 282, usciti nell'agosto, settembre e ottobre del  1984.   Synopsis: A fierce war broke out caused by the Whites, who are seeking embezzle the rich lands and forests for lumber owned by the Indians. A group of ten white men entered the Indian camp at night, and catches them in their sleep, and eventually all Indians are killed, except for one, the kid named Condor. Time passes, but the memory of that tragic night is alive in that Indian kid, waiting patiently for the right moment to enjoy his revenge. But do not expect the usual revenge story… it’s a family drama! Time passes also for the ten white men, and none of them seem to remember the night of the massacre. Instead they are enjoying a peaceful life flowing smoothly, having almost completely forgotten about the past. But the past comes back to the present and settles all unsettled accounts. The ten white men must pay their debt with the death, which will wipe out their peace and their lives. Music: The  film music composed by Maestro Piero Umiliani is very appropriate, the orchestration is really good and the workmanship is excellent. The various musical atmospheres accompanying the scenes are very live. They create the pathos that binds viewers and force them to hold their breath for the duration of the film. Film: Gianfranco Baldanello, who directed this interesting film, by insistinging a little too much on every single character sometimes makes the plot at times quite confusing. Fabio Testi did very well, but because of the marginal role assigned to him, his performance seems ineffective. In conclusion, the direction of Baldanello leaves some disappointment, and we believe he could have done a better job.  The original title of this western movie is "Le dieci vittime bianche del piccolo indiano" (The ten white victims of the small Indian). Overall the film makes a cheap and amateurish impression. Art direction is poor and cinematography is bad. Viewers get the impression of a movie directed by an amateur, who must cope with a too poor budged. It seems strange that good actors like John Ireland, Fabio Testi and Rosalba Blacks, did not try to convince those responsible to change the stiff and superficial dialogues. In some scenes the Indians appearance is quite unlikely and ridiculous. Summing up all this, the story of the film seems crumpled on itself and not too ambitious. Curiosity: Though contemporary critics were much less benevolent towards this film, still it inspired stories like LE CINQUE PIUME (THE FIVE FEATHERS) published by Bonelli Comic Series, and also ZAGOR albums designed by G.
